*We’ll try to get your order out the door as soon as we can, however please be aware that we reserve the right to have at least 1 working day for us process and dispatch your order.
*Please be aware that our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, this means any orders made after 12:00 on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for orders you’d like to return. We only offer free return labels for items which are faulty before they leave our warehouse. In this case, please contact customer services on info@flexers.co.uk BEFORE you send them back, as we are unable to refund postage costs that you have paid for.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means we are only able to issue a refund for products returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be fit for resale, this means it should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in its original shoe box that you received it in, which must also be undamaged.

Items are returned in full, undamaged, and fit for resale in their original box.

Refunds

Once we receive your item back from you, the item will undergo inspection to ensure the product has been unused and is fit for resale. Considering the item is approved, a refund will be issued through your initial payment method; you will be notified once your refund has been issued.

*Please note we do not refund postage charges incurred when purchasing an item. Only the cost of the product itself will be refunded.
